Here's a real masterpiece! I can say that because I didn't piece it!
This quilt was pieced and appliqued by Mary Wilson of Old Monroe, Missouri, who does exquisite handwork. I was privileged to hand-quilt it for her, using a wooden lap hoop, over a period of several months in
2003 and 2004 (more than 300 hours!). I don't know the exact dimensions of the quilt, but I believe it's queen-size at least. My husband and another man are standing on chairs and holding it as high as possible.
