Here's the back of my "String Sampler" wall-hanging. I used some Hawaiian prints, along with calico prints, just because I had them in my stash. I hand-quilted it in a few weeks, quilting along the lines of the front of the quilt, rather than the back. My completed project won a red ribbon at the Spokane Interstate Fair in 2004.
